Yuvxa, operated by Nihar Meghani in Ahmedabad, India, is an AI-assisted Windows workspace for turning jewellery reference photos into 3D CAD concepts. These terms explain use of this preview website and the intended terms for the future connected service. Business enquiries: niharmeghani156@gmail.com. Google sign-in is available for website accounts. The public download, desktop account connection, credit wallet and checkout are not live. The website’s workflow animation, sample-photo interaction and export controls are demonstrations, not actual model generation or file export.

Viewing this website or clicking “Buy now” does not place an order, debit money or add credits. The button currently opens a coming-soon message. Final operational terms will be shown before paid use is enabled.

The website offers Google-only sign-in through Firebase Authentication. A first successful sign-in creates a Yuvxa account if one does not already exist. Keep your Google account secure and use only an account you are authorised to access. Signing in does not purchase credits or connect the Windows software.

Yuvxa will provide the AI API access for the connected public service; you will not need your own API key. The existing private software’s separately configured API workflow has not been changed by publishing these terms.

No email-and-password registration is offered. Sign out on shared devices and use Google’s account-recovery process if you lose access to Google. For Yuvxa account concerns or deletion requests, contact support. The desktop connection flow will be explained when it becomes available.

Submit only photos, designs and instructions you own or have permission to use and process with AI. You are responsible for respecting other people’s intellectual-property, privacy and confidentiality rights.

Submitting a reference for processing does not transfer ownership of your original material to Yuvxa. The planned service needs permission to process the material you submit to fulfil your generation request and provide related support. Generated output may not be unique; permission to use a reference does not guarantee every resulting design is free of third-party rights.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, unauthorised access, attempts to bypass billing or credit controls, or interference with other users’ accounts. Keep backups of important local projects and exports.

AI output is a design concept, not a promise of an exact reconstruction or a manufacturing-ready item. A photo may not establish scale, dimensions, hidden surfaces, stone clearances or the strength of a setting.

Inspect and, where needed, correct the CAD before printing, casting, manufacturing or commercial use. Use appropriate professional review for dimensions, geometry, tolerances and suitability for your process.

Available exports depend on the generated design. In the existing workflow, 3DM exports contain polygon meshes and do not recreate MatrixGold’s original parametric history. Example visuals on this website are labelled illustrations, not verified Yuvxa production outputs.

Credits are intended to pay for AI usage when you submit jewellery references for processing. The deduction will depend on the AI work used for the request, not a fixed one-credit-per-design rule. A pack does not guarantee a particular number of completed designs.

Purchased credits will not expire. The amount used for AI processing will be deducted from the available balance; credits will not be deducted merely because time passes.

The precise usage-to-credit conversion, estimates, rounding and treatment of retries, failed or cancelled requests are not yet finalised. These rules must be published before purchases and paid generation open. No deduction is performed by this website today.

Razorpay is the planned payment provider. Checkout is not connected yet. The proposed packs are ₹1,100 for 10 credits and ₹5,000 for 50 credits. Applicable taxes, any additional charges and the final payable total will be clearly disclosed before an enabled checkout asks you to pay.

When checkout opens, credits will be added automatically and immediately to the purchasing account after successful payment is verified. No physical item is shipped. If payment or delivery is delayed, contact Yuvxa support with the payment reference and your account email.

After purchased credits have been successfully added to your account, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind, stopping use or an unused balance. Credits do not expire, and unused or partially used credits cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.

This rule does not remove mandatory legal remedies, including where a deficient service requires a remedy. Duplicate or incorrect charges and undelivered paid credits are investigated separately, even if some credits were added. Public release dates and availability are not guaranteed by this preview. Features may be refined before release. Material changes to paid-service terms will be disclosed before they take effect; this preview does not authorise undisclosed charges.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, without limiting any consumer rights, remedies or legal protections that cannot be excluded. Nothing here promises uninterrupted service or removes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
