Yuvxa is an AI-assisted jewellery photo-to-CAD product operated by Nihar Meghani in Ahmedabad, India. This policy covers this website and explains the intended data handling for the future connected Yuvxa service. Business enquiries: niharmeghani156@gmail.com. Today, you can create or access a website account with Google through Firebase Authentication. The product demonstration uses sample images. It does not accept your jewellery photos, run AI generation, sell credits or collect checkout payments. Dropping a personal file on the demo does not upload or process it.

The existing private Windows software has a local project library and a separately configured AI workflow. The Google account, managed AI access and credit system described here have not yet been connected to it. This policy does not change the current software’s behaviour.

Serving the website can involve technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and request timestamps. Hosting and delivery systems may process this information to load pages, diagnose errors and protect the service.

No advertising trackers or analytics scripts have been added to this website. Its sample-photo controls and animations do not submit personal photos or create a credit-usage record.

If you email customer support or our business contact, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to the enquiry, investigate any issue and maintain relevant correspondence records. Send only information needed for your request.

The website offers Google sign-in only, using Firebase Authentication. The first successful sign-in creates a Firebase account for Yuvxa if one does not already exist. We receive your Firebase account identifier, email address and basic Google profile information, such as your display name and profile-image URL where provided, alongside authentication metadata such as account creation and sign-in times.

We use this information to identify your account, display your profile, maintain your sign-in session and assist with account support and security. The sign-in flow requests basic identity information, not access to Gmail, Drive or contacts. Yuvxa does not receive your Google password.

Firebase manages the account and authentication session. No separate AWS or Firestore profile database has been added. Connecting the desktop app, credit balances and payment records remains a future step. You can sign out from the account screen; signing out does not delete your Firebase account or sign you out of Google itself.

Essential browser storage is used by Firebase to keep you signed in across visits and synchronise authentication across tabs on this website. Sign out when using a shared computer. You can ask for correction or deletion of your Yuvxa account by emailing support.yuvxa@gmail.com; no self-service account-deletion control is available yet.

In the planned connected service, reference photos and instructions you submit for a generation request will need to be sent to the AI processing service. Job information, generated output, usage measurements and error details may also be processed to deliver the result, calculate credit use and resolve problems.

Yuvxa will provide the AI API access for the public service. You will not need to supply your own API key. The existing software uses OpenAI for AI generation; the final provider configuration and data-handling details will be confirmed before the managed service opens.

Your local project library is not automatically a cloud backup. Connected processing of a submitted reference is different from uploading your entire library. No account-based library sync is enabled by this website.

Upload only material you have the right to use. Avoid unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive information in images and instructions. Provider retention, processing locations and any training-related settings must be confirmed before public uploads open; no zero-retention or training-use guarantee is being made here.

The future credit system will need account-linked records of purchases, credit additions, AI usage and deductions. Credits will be deducted according to AI usage for your submitted references, not at a fixed one-credit-per-design rate.

Razorpay is the planned payment provider. When checkout is enabled, payment information will be handled through its payment flow. Yuvxa expects to receive the information needed to verify and reconcile a purchase, such as the order or payment reference, amount, currency, status and relevant billing details.

These records will be used for credit delivery, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, support and applicable accounting obligations. This website currently collects no checkout data. Never send payment secrets, card details or OTPs to our support email.

Google / Firebase is used for website sign-in now. AWS, Razorpay and managed AI processing below are planned for later; they are not enabled by creating a website account.

• Google / Firebase: Google sign-in, account authentication and session management. Read Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
• AWS: planned backend infrastructure for account-linked service and credit records. Read AWS’s Privacy Notice.
• Razorpay: planned payment processing and payment-status verification. Read Razorpay’s Privacy Policy.
• AI processing provider: handling submitted references and generation requests. OpenAI is used in the existing software; see OpenAI’s Privacy Policy. Public-service settings are still to be finalised.

Hosting and support-email providers also process the information needed to deliver their services. Google / Firebase and these providers may process information outside India; no India-only storage promise is made. Provider arrangements and regions for the future credit and AI backend will be reviewed before those services launch.

Yuvxa does not sell information received through this preview website. Information may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect security or address a payment dispute.

Local projects and exports remain on your computer until you remove them. Deleting a future cloud account will not itself delete files stored on your device.

Your Firebase account record is retained while your Yuvxa account exists, until it is deleted through the account-management process, subject to applicable security, provider or legal retention requirements. Contact support to request deletion; signing out or clearing your browser storage does not delete the cloud account. We do not promise immediate erasure of provider security logs or backups.

Support records are kept as needed to handle enquiries and related security or legal issues. For the future AI and credit service, retention periods for submitted photos, generated files and processing logs have not yet been finalised. Those details will be published before the relevant data collection begins.

Transaction and usage records may need to be retained for accounting, reconciliation, dispute resolution or legal obligations even after an account-deletion request. Non-expiring credits do not mean every submitted photo will be stored indefinitely.

Firebase Authentication uses essential browser storage and Google’s sign-in flow may use its own cookies. Future checkout may require additional essential storage. Firebase Analytics and advertising trackers have not been enabled. Any new non-essential tracking will be explained and consent requested where required.

Security controls will be matched to the data and service configuration. No internet service or storage method is completely secure; this page does not claim a particular certification or guarantee against every incident.

You can browse this preview without creating an account. For information you have shared with us, you can ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent where relevant, or raise a privacy concern by emailing support.yuvxa@gmail.com.

We may need to verify that a request relates to you and explain any information we must retain. Available rights, exceptions and response requirements depend on applicable law. Withdrawing permission for processing needed to operate a future service may prevent that service from working.

Do not send children’s personal information in support messages or reference photos. If you believe a child’s information has been shared with Yuvxa, contact support so it can be reviewed and addressed under applicable law.

We will update this page as the service changes and show the revision date above. Before enabling AI processing, credits or payments, we will publish the relevant operational details and provide notices or request consent where required. Signing in today is not blanket consent to unrelated future processing.
